The Express Entry system serves as the primary pathway for skilled foreign workers seeking permanent residency in Canada. To initiate the application process, candidates must complete an online profile that demonstrates their eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, or one of the Provincial Nominee Programs.

To qualify for permanent residency through Express Entry, applicants must satisfy a set of criteria established by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
